By authorizing, adding, or using TeeBot on any Discord server, accessing the Web Dashboard on https://teebots.net, or executing any slash commands, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use of our services also requires full compliance with the official Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. Violations of Discord rules will result in immediate termination of access.

TeeBot is an enterprise community automation suite providing the following key modules:

• Automated Moderation (AutoMod): Real-time anti-phishing, raid mitigations, and mass-mention suppression.
• Support Ticket Desk: Private channels with 1-click button creation and HTML transcripts backed by MariaDB 12.2.
• Google Gemini AI Integration: 24/7 AI-powered assistance via /ask and real-time translation tools.
• Gamification & Leveling: Dynamic XP calculations, leaderboard cards, and automated role assignments.
• Discord Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enhanced protection for server administrators via 6-digit one-time passcodes.

Users and server administrators agree NOT to:

• Use TeeBot to distribute malware, phishing links, or promote hate speech.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or flood TeeBot APIs or bot gateway connections.
• Bypass rate limits or manipulate automated leveling, economy, or toplist pacing limits.

TeeBot strictly adheres to a 100% Prepaid Model. All VIP tiers and licenses are one-time payments for a fixed period. We do NOT run recurring subscriptions or charge customer cards automatically.

• Payment Processing: Handled securely via Stripe Inc. under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
• Instant Activation: License keys can be redeemed directly via /vip key: or inside the Web Dashboard.
• Refund Policy: Because digital perks and voting power are activated immediately, refunds are provided solely in cases of verified technical malfunction within 48 hours of purchase.

All software code, brand assets, logos, and UI designs associated with TeeBot and https://teebots.net are the exclusive intellectual property of the TeeBot Development Team. Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc.; TeeBot is an independent third-party application.

We strive to maintain an uptime of 99.9%. However, temporary maintenance windows or Discord Gateway API outages may occasionally impact responsiveness. TeeBot provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeBot and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our bot or dashboard services.

Server administrators may terminate their use of TeeBot at any time simply by kicking or banning the bot. All server configurations will be purged after a 14-day grace period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
