2. What Data Does TeeBot Collect and Why?
To provide community moderation, ticket support, gamification, and dashboard configurations, TeeBot collects the following categories of data:

3. What We Do NOT Collect or Store
In full compliance with Discord's Privileged Gateway Intents Policy (Message Content Intent):
- No Permanent Message Storage: TeeBot never stores regular text messages or chat logs on disk or database.
- Ephemeral Real-Time Memory Processing: Incoming messages are analyzed in volatile RAM in sub-milliseconds to detect phishing URLs, mass pings, and spam. Once analyzed, the message content is immediately and irrevocably discarded.
- No Voice Recording: TeeBot does not listen to, record, or store any voice channel audio streams.
- No Cross-Server Profiling: We never build psychological or behavioural user profiles across different Discord servers. Server configurations remain strictly segregated.
TeeBot strictly adheres to Discord Developer Terms Art. 2. Message content is processed exclusively for executing slash commands and immediate AutoMod defense. Data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third-party advertising networks.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Performance of a Contract): Delivering the bot functionality and dashboard services requested by the server owner and user.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate Interests): Maintaining server infrastructure security, preventing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, detecting fraud, and blocking malicious bots.
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent): Voluntary linking of a Discord account with the Web Dashboard or enabling optional AI integrations.
5. Data Retention & Erasure Schedules
Data is stored only for as long as required to fulfill the stated operational purposes:
- Server Removal (Bot Kick / Ban): When TeeBot is removed from a Discord server, guild-specific settings are queued for complete automated deletion after a 14-day grace period (to prevent accidental loss).
- Ticket Transcripts: Encrypted and retained until manually purged by server administrators or upon account termination.
- Audit and Security Logs: IP hashes and access records are overwritten on a rolling 30-day rotation schedule.
6. Third-Party Payment Processor (Stripe Inc.)
For purchasing 100% Prepaid VIP Licenses, payments are handled exclusively by Stripe Inc. (510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA).
Zero Card Retention: TeeBot servers never handle, transmit, or store credit card numbers or bank account details. All transactions occur directly through Stripe's certified PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted checkout.

- TLS 1.3 Encryption: All communications between Discord, web clients, and our MariaDB cluster are secured via modern HTTPS / TLS 1.3 with HSTS.
- Isolated MariaDB 12.2 Clusters: Strong table segregation and parameterized queries preventing SQL injection vulnerabilities.
- Cryptographic Password Salting: Passwords are protected using multi-round memory-hard Argon2 / PBKDF2 hashes.
- Security Headers: Strict Content Security Policy (CSP), X-Frame-Options: DENY, and CSRF protection.

3. Was speichern wir ausdrücklich NICHT?
Im Einklang mit der Discord Developer Policy bezüglich Privileged Gateway Intents (Message Content):
- Keine permanenten Chatverläufe: TeeBot speichert keine allgemeinen Textnachrichten auf Festplatten oder Datenbanken.
- Flüchtige Echtzeit-Filterung: Eingehende Nachrichten werden im Arbeitsspeicher (RAM) in Millisekunden auf Phishing und Spam analysiert und danach unmittelbar gelöscht.
- Keine Sprachdaten: TeeBot greift zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf Sprachkanäle zu und zeichnet keine Gespräche auf.
- Keine Profilbildung: Es findet kein User-Tracking über unterschiedliche Discord-Server hinweg statt.
TeeBot erfüllt alle Anforderungen der Discord Verification Policy. Daten werden niemals an Werbepartner weitergegeben oder verkauft.
4. Rechtsgrundlagen der Verarbeitung (DSGVO)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung): Zur Bereitstellung der durch den Nutzer beauftragten Funktionen (Tickets, AutoMod, VIP).
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Berechtigtes Interesse): Zur Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit, Abwehr von DDoS-Angriffen und Missbrauchsprävention.
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung): Bei der freiwilligen Verknüpfung des Discord-Kontos mit dem Web-Dashboard.
5. Speicherdauer & Datenlöschung
- Server-Entfernung: Wird TeeBot von einem Server entfernt, werden Serverdaten nach 14 Tagen Kulanzfrist unwiderruflich gelöscht.
- Ticket-Transkripte: Werden verschlüsselt gespeichert, bis Administratoren sie manuell bereinigen.
- Audit-Logs: IP-Hashes werden im Rotationsverfahren nach maximal 30 Tagen überschrieben.
6. Zahlungsdienstleister (Stripe)
Prepaid VIP Spenden werden direkt und PCI-DSS Level 1 zertifiziert über Stripe Inc. abgewickelt. Wir speichern zu keinem Zeitpunkt Kreditkartendaten auf unseren Servern.
